We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) using authenticator apps for additional account security.
We implement strict access controls and follow security best practices to protect our systems and your data.
When you invite someone to access your estate, they can view the information you've chosen to share with them. You control what each person can see and do.
We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and authentication (Google OAuth). These providers only receive the minimum information necessary to provide their services.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with our services.
When you delete your account, all your personal data and estate information is permanently deleted from our servers immediately. We do not retain copies of your data after deletion.
